Exercise Referral

This course will be delivered with 6 theory workshops covering a wide range of medical conditions and how to safely plan and deliver an exercise referrral programs. The workshops will be carried out on Zoom on a monday evening, start time 6PM (approx 2-3 hours long). 

There will be ONE full day practical workshop on a weekend covering the exercise adaptations and considerations for specific medical conditions and a formative practical assessment based on delivering a session for a patient.

The course dates are each monday evening in March moving through to April as shown below:
